A log book for the bike that writes itself up.
Every bike in the shed gets a tab. On it: what the bike sits at right now, clickers, sag, tyres, hours, and underneath that what's been done to it and what it's owed, written down as it happens. I tell it what I did on the bench, it keeps the book. Turn the tabs to see the two bikes.
