The Fiendish Rider
A workshop notebook that answers back.
This is the notebook for the bikes in the shed. Every bike gets a file: services, settings, faults, race notes, what things cost. Written down as it happens, in plain text, structured so an AI can read it. The whole garage works as one context window: ask a question, the answer comes off the notes. Nothing invented, nothing remembered wrong. That already works off the page. The build underway puts it on the page.

Stage 1 of this site went live 21 July 2026. Two bikes in the garage; both online.
Early days here. The notebook underneath runs well ahead of the site, and it comes online piece by piece. Worth keeping a tab on if you like watching a build happen.
